Frequently Asked Questions
How long does my order take to ship?
Processing times are currently 3 to 5 business days. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Standard shipping takes 3-6 days to arrive after you get a shipping notification. (US only)
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Ireland, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Mexico. International shipping times are anywhere from 1-2 months to be delivered. Canada, on the other hand, has ranged from 2-3+ weeks for delivery. More shipping options are available on our etsy shop! PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for 100% of custom fees that may incur.
Do you offer customs?
Yes! We certianly do offer customs! They are of course, an additional cost! Please see the "Contact" tab at the top of the page, and send us an email!
Do you offer wholesale?

How do I check my order status and tracking?
You will recieve an email after you place your order with your order number. Once your order has shipped you will get another email with a tracking number to track your order.
Tracking says my order was delivered but I haven't received it?
Please check your order and make sure the address entered is correct. If the address you entered is incorrect, it is your responsibility to contact your local USPS location to reroute the package to the correct address. If the address entered for the order IS correct, please contact Stephanie@beeblazin.com so we can resolve the issue together!
I need to cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, we cannot grant a refund.
Help! My lighter is stuck in the sleeve!?
If you used a graphic wrapped lighter and got it stuck in the sleeve, no worries! You can get it out, but you will need a pair of pliers. Just grip the metal part of the lighter with the pliers and pull up. This should release the lighter pretty easily. Remember I recommend using solid color lighters, peel the barcode off the back of the lighter for an ever smoother fit for your lighter.
What is the string for?
It's called hempwick! It is beeswax covered hemp string and has a lot of benefits! Because it burns at a lower temperature than the direct flame from the lighter, it creates a smoother hit when you smoke your herbs. It also extends the life of your lighter and prevents burnt fingers (and acrylic nails). Most of all, you won't be inhaling the burnt butane gas that comes from the lighter.
Change I change my shipping address after I have placed an orer?
No, we cannot change your shipping address once your order is placed. It is your responsbility to provide the correct shipping address when you place your order!
Returns & Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Stephanie@beeblazin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
